Product Overview:

Flat washers are essential hardware components used to distribute the load of a screw, nut, or bolt evenly across a surface and prevent damage. The "Form A, E, G" designation refers to the shape and dimensions of the washer. In this context, "Form A" signifies a standard flat washer, "Form E" represents a larger outer diameter, and "Form G" indicates a smaller outer diameter. "BZP" stands for "Bright Zinc Plated," which is a common method of applying a protective zinc coating to the washer to prevent corrosion and enhance its visual appeal.

Key Features:

  • Versatility: Different forms accommodate diverse applications, ensuring the right fit for your project's needs.
  • Corrosion Resistance: BZP and Galvanized finishes enhance durability by preventing rust and corrosion, increasing the lifespan of the washers.
  • Reliable Load Distribution: These washers help distribute pressure and load evenly, reducing the risk of surface damage or distortion.
  • Surface Protection: By preventing direct contact between fasteners and surfaces, the washers minimize wear and tear on both.
  • Ease of Use: Standard flat washer design is easy to install and compatible with various fasteners.
  • Enhanced Appearance: BZP finish provides a visually appealing look to the washers in addition to its protective qualities.
  • Longevity: The corrosion-resistant finishes contribute to the overall longevity of fastened connections.
