Zirconium Flap Discs (230mm) are heavy-duty abrasive grinding and finishing discs for 230mm large angle grinders, used for aggressive metal removal, weld dressing, and surface conditioning on stainless steel, hard steels, and titanium alloys. Zirconia alumina abrasive is self-sharpening and provides higher cutting rates and longer life on hard metals compared to standard aluminium oxide flaps. The 230mm diameter suits the largest angle grinders for production and fabrication environments.
We process and dispatch orders on working weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding bank holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or out of hours begin processing the next working day. We have a daily cutoff for same-day dispatch of 12:00, so if you place an order before midday for an item displayed as 'in stock' it will be collected by our courier later that day. You'll receive an email notification once it has been scanned on by our courier, with a tracking number that you can follow on the carriers website.
