The Armorgard SLM2 Slamstop Safety Catch is a lid retaining latch that prevents the lid of Armorgard storage products slamming shut when the gas strut fails or is depressurised. The SLM2 is rated for use with 300N and 450N gas struts. The Slamstop catches the lid in the open position if the gas strut cannot hold it, preventing injury. A safety accessory for Armorgard gas-strut lid products.
